Welcome to ESNChecker.com (“we”, “our”, or “Seller”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using any of our services.
“Customer”: The end user who purchases or accesses the services.
“Seller”: Refers to ESNChecker.com.
“Parties”: Refers to both the Buyer and the Seller.
“Third Party Service Provider(s)”: External vendors or services that provide the backend functionality of our services.
“Services”: The tools, software, or products made available via the Seller, either directly or via Third Party Service Providers.
By using this website or any of our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use or access this site.
The Customer agrees to receive all communications and notices electronically, which may be delivered via email or displayed on our website. If electronic communication is declined, we may not be able to provide continued service.
All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction chosen by the Seller. You agree to waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction.
This Agreement is originally written in English. If a translation is required by law, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
ESNChecker.com is not affiliated with any mobile carrier, device manufacturer, or network provider. All trademarks, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners.
All services are provided via Third Party Service Providers. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties. ESNChecker.com assumes no liability for any errors, delays, service denials, or inaccuracies caused by third-party systems or data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our internal data policies. We will never collect sensitive information without your explicit consent.
A full credit or refund will be issued only if:
The Third Party Service Provider is unable to complete the transaction.
The result is returned as “Not Found”.
Claims for completed but non-functional services must:
Be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
Include a continuous video showing:
The IMEI number.
Entry of the service into the device.
Error message or failure confirmation.
The device without leaving the camera’s field of view.
Refunds or credits will NOT be issued if:
The IMEI number provided is incorrect.
Required video evidence is not submitted.
The device is hard-locked or defective.
The unlock code cannot be entered.
The service was obtained elsewhere before our service completed.
The service was accepted but incompatible with the target network.
Internet or Wi-Fi does not function post-service.
Delivery time exceeded but the service was completed.
This website complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. All content is the property of its respective owners. Any infringement notices should be submitted in accordance with DMCA provisions.
